Would you like to hire all or part of The Radcliffe Arms for a special occasion? A Christening, Wake, Party or even a Wedding?

We’ve played host to everything, and we are flexible enough to any reasonable request. Cost is based on exactly what you want, and crucially when you want it – A Monday Lunchtime will be less than a Saturday night.

Below are a few examples:

A wake, held upstairs in the Function Room on a midweek day, with an Afternoon Tea of Sandwiches, Scones & Cakes with endless Tea & Coffee for a maximum of 45 people would be around £7/head.

A Christening, on Sunday Afternoon after 4pm, with a Large Buffet for up to 70 people would be held in the Bar area. Buffet from £10/head, and drinks on the bar separately – we can either run a tab to a set limit, and switch to a cash bar at any time, or just run a tab all night.

Maybe you want a huge, exclusive party on a Friday or Saturday evening? You’ll have the whole building to yourselves, with an indecent amount of food and drink, your own music, live jazz if you want it, and you can pick your own menu. You’ll be looking at around £8000 for Friday, and £10,000 for Saturday. Compared to the cost of a Hotel wedding we think it’s quite competitive. Talk to us if you are interested.
